Shipping Fees for deliveries to Hong Kong

For purchases totalling over HK$300 we offer free shipping to any address in Hong Kong
For purchases totalling less than HK$300 we offer a flat rate fee of HK$30 to any address in Hong Kong

Shipping Fees for deliveries to China

For purchases totalling over RMB300 we offer free shipping to any address in China that is within SF Express standard delivery area
For purchases totalling less than RMB300 we offer a flat rate fee of RMB30 to any address in China that is within SF Express standard delivery area

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Estimated delivery time for deliveries to China is 3-5 business days
NOTE: delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Signature Workshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Signature Workshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
NOTE: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently deliver to addresses in Hong Kong and China

Can I enter my address in a language other than English?

We accept addresses in English or Chinese.

When I log into my account, my order says ‘processing’. What does this mean?

This means we’re busy packaging your order and preparing it for dispatch. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

How long does it take to process an order?

Once your order has been placed it may take between 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you place an order on a weekend, please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch of all monogramming orders. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.
